The 115V washer includes a pre-installed 3-prong cord, while the 208-240V heat pump dryer requires professional installation and connection to a 3 or 4-wire electrical system, depending on local codes.The LW2427 washer can handle up to 26.4 pounds of fabric with 15 wash programs, including cottons, heavy duty, permanent press (for wrinkle reduction), sportswear, sanitary, babywear, delicates, wool, and more. It also has a tub clean setting that runs a high-temperature wash cycle to sterilize the interior.
