Summit’s 'Made in Italy' GCJ365SSLPTK gas cooktop offers powerful performance in a durable, safe, and stylish design. This five-burner cooktop features a 304-grade stainless steel surface, sized at 34" wide. It includes a stainless steel trim kit to cover additional space in wider cutouts, designed for more traditional 36" counter spaces. With a wide surface area, the cooktop provides ample space for multiple burners, while continuous cast iron grates make it easy to move heavy pots and pans between burners.The heavy-duty round knobs, located upfront, require a gentle push-to-turn motion to ignite, providing added safety. The thermocouple flame protection ensures that gas is automatically turned off if the flame goes out, giving you peace of mind during use.The GCJ365SSLPTK features five high-performance gas burners manufactured by Defendi, offering versatile cooking options. The left-side dual flame burner provides a total of 15,300 BTUs, with an inner flame of 2,050 BTUs ideal for heating sauces. A cast iron wok ring is included for quickly heating large cooking vessels. The top-center and lower-right semi-rapid 6,000 BTU burners are perfect for most cooking needs, while the 3,400 BTU bottom-center auxiliary burner is designed for precision heating. The top-right 10,000 BTU rapid burner is ideal for boiling water or cooking larger dishes.The GCJ365SSLPTK uses electronic spark ignition and comes with a pre-installed 3-prong 115V power cord for easy installation.
