This 34" wide cooktop features a 304-grade stainless steel surface for long-lasting durability. The front-mounted controls ensure easy access, while continuous cast iron grates provide ample space and make it easy to move heavy pots and pans between burners. The smooth edge design enhances both safety and style.Designed to fit 32.75" W x 18.75" D counter cutouts, the GCJ365SSLP has heavy-duty round knobs that require a gentle push-to-turn motion to ignite, offering added safety. The cooktop also features thermocouple flame protection, automatically shutting off the gas if the flame goes out, ensuring secure operation.The GCJ365SSLP features five high-performance gas burners manufactured by Defendi, offering versatility for various cooking needs. The left-side dual flame burner provides a total of 15,300 BTUs, with an inner flame of 2,050 BTUs for heating sauces. A cast iron wok ring is included for quick heating of large cooking vessels. The semi-rapid 6,000 BTU burners on the top-center and lower-right are perfect for most cooking needs, while the 3,400 BTU bottom-center auxiliary burner is ideal for precision heating. The top-right 10,000 BTU rapid burner is perfect for boiling water or cooking larger dishes.This LP gas cooktop uses electronic spark ignition and comes with a pre-installed 3-prong 115V power cord for easy installation.
