The sleek, smooth edge adds to its stylish look while enhancing safety.Designed to fit 32.75" W x 18.75" D counter cutouts, the GCJ365SS includes heavy-duty round knobs that require a gentle push-to-turn motion for ignition, adding another layer of safety. The cooktop features thermocouple flame protection, which automatically shuts off the gas if the flame goes out, ensuring secure operation.Manufactured by Defendi, the cooktop boasts a wide range of burner options to meet various cooking needs. The left-side dual flame burner provides 15,300 BTUs, with an inner flame ideal for simmering sauces. A cast iron wok ring is included for fast heating of large vessels. The semi-rapid 6,000 BTU burners on the top-center and lower-right offer versatility for regular cooking, while the 3,400 BTU bottom-center auxiliary burner is perfect for precise cooking. The 10,000 BTU rapid burner on the top-right is perfect for boiling water and larger dishes.Equipped with electronic spark ignition, the GCJ365SS is preset for natural gas operation.
