For added security, the freezer includes a keyed lock with two keys for optional installation. Two stainless steel corner protectors shield the unit’s sides, ensuring it withstands the rigors of busy commercial environments.
Inside, the SCFM73SL boasts a durable hammered aluminum interior and two sliding wire baskets to keep items organized. A divider separates items on the right side for added convenience. The unit features static manual defrost cooling and a front-mounted defrost drain. A dial thermostat with a power indicator and alarm light helps maintain the ideal temperature, alerting users if the unit operates warmer than -11ºC (12.2ºF). An included removable thermometer allows for quick and easy temperature reference.
