The Summit Commercial SCRR492 49 Cu.Ft. Reach-In Refrigerator combines durable stainless steel construction with advanced features, meeting NSF-7 commercial standards. Ideal for busy commercial kitchens, its self-closing doors ensure food safety, while the 90º stay-open feature makes loading and unloading effortless. A sealed back design simplifies maintenance, and the top-mounted factory-installed lock provides secure storage. Locking casters are included for flexible placement.
The 49 cu.ft. interior is crafted from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. Eight adjustable, vinyl-coated cantilevered shelves allow storage of various-sized items, including commercial baking trays. Energy-efficient LED lighting illuminates the interior when the door is opened. The top-mounted forced air cooling system ensures rapid temperature recovery, and adjustable cycle defrost minimizes fluctuations.
A microprocessor temperature controller offers precise adjustments with a digital LED display in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
