Inside, the SCR49SSG’s spacious 49 cu.ft. interior boasts an adaptable cantilevered shelving system with eight adjustable vinyl-coated shelves, perfect for fitting various items or commercial baking trays. LED lighting ensures an efficient, well-lit display. The top-mounted forced air cooling system rapidly restores optimal temperatures, while adjustable cycle defrost prevents fluctuations. A microprocessor temperature controller with digital LED readouts and multiple alarm functions—temperature, door open, power failure, and condenser cleaning—guarantees precise control and monitoring.
