The Summit Commercial SCFF497 49 Cu.Ft. Reach-In All-Freezer combines robust construction with advanced performance, meeting NSF-7 commercial standards. Built in South Korea, it features a full stainless steel cabinet and self-closing doors that stay open at 90° for easy loading and unloading. A sealed back simplifies maintenance, and a factory-installed lock provides secure storage. Locking casters are included for mobility and flexible placement.
The 49 cu.ft. interior is crafted from stainless steel for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. Four adjustable, vinyl-coated shelves accommodate items of varying sizes, including commercial baking trays. Bright LED lighting ensures energy-efficient interior illumination. The top-mounted forced air cooling system delivers rapid temperature recovery, while adjustable cycle defrost prevents temperature fluctuations.
A microprocessor temperature controller with a digital LED readout allows precise adjustments in Celsius or Fahrenheit. The SCFF497 features alarms for temperature variations, door ajar, power failure, and condenser maintenance to ensure reliable operation. Designed with eco-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant, this freezer provides an energy-efficient solution for commercial settings. Pair it with the SCRR492 refrigerator for a complete refrigeration system.
