The Summit SCR1401LHRI Mini Reach-In Beverage Center offers versatile and convenient beverage storage with a slim 24-inch footprint, ideal for commercial spaces like restaurants and bars. Its durable stainless steel trim and left-hand swing door provide a full view of stored items, while recessed LED lighting ensures an attractive and efficient display. The self-closing door design protects contents by maintaining a tight seal, even in busy environments.
This unit is pre-installed on a dolly with four 3-inch casters, allowing easy mobility. The dolly is removable and reattachable as needed, offering great flexibility. A factory-installed lock provides additional security, while the fully finished black cabinet is designed for freestanding indoor use.
Inside, the SCR1401LHRI features frost-free operation, reducing maintenance. The stainless steel interior walls improve durability and sanitation. The cantilevered shelving system allows flexible storage for items of various sizes, with a set of U-shaped steel tray holders and aluminum half-sheet pans included. An additional set of chrome shelves is also provided for alternate storage. The digital control panel, located at the top for easy access, offers temperature adjustment in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, along with features such as an audible high-temperature alarm, open-door alarm, temperature memory function, and Sabbath mode.
