The Summit SCRR232 23 Cu.Ft. Reach-In Refrigerator is designed for efficiency and durability, built to meet NSF-7 commercial standards. Made in South Korea, it features a complete stainless steel cabinet and a self-closing stainless steel door, ensuring contents are protected even in busy commercial settings. The door remains open at 90º for easy loading and unloading. A sealed back design simplifies cleanup, and a factory-installed lock offers added security. Locking casters are included for optional installation.
The SCRR232 offers a spacious 23 cu.ft. interior, with stainless steel construction for easy maintenance and durability. The cantilevered shelving system allows for flexible adjustments to accommodate items of all sizes, including standard commercial baking trays. LED lighting provides energy-efficient illumination when the door is opened, while the adjustable cycle defrost system prevents temperature fluctuations. A top-mounted forced air cooling system ensures rapid temperature recovery.
Equipped with a microprocessor temperature controller, the SCRR232 allows staff to easily adjust settings. The large digital LED display shows current and high/low temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit, with alarms for temperature fluctuations, power failure, door open, and condenser cleaning reminders.
