The Summit SBC15WK 15" Wide Built-In Wine Kegerator is the ultimate solution for dispensing wine in commercial and residential settings. This sleek and versatile unit meets NSF-7 and UL-471 standards, making it ideal for restaurants, bars, and home use. With its slim 15-inch width and front-breathing design, it fits seamlessly under counters for built-in installation while also featuring a fully finished cabinet for freestanding placement.
The stainless steel door with a user-reversible swing and a black cabinet finish offers a modern, elegant look, enhanced by a sturdy stainless steel handle. The sealed back design ensures easy cleaning, while a removable two-piece stainless steel drip tray and chrome guard rail provide convenience during operation. Four casters, including two locking ones, make it easy to move the unit when needed, and a factory-installed lock ensures your wine remains secure.
Inside, the 2.9 cu.ft. capacity accommodates a 1/6 wine keg (sixtel) or mini keg. Dual-purpose chrome shelves with six placement options allow the kegerator to double as a beverage refrigerator. The included tap kit features a stainless steel draft tower, regulator, and an empty Nitrogen/CO2 tank, optimized for a 75% Nitrogen/25% CO2 mixture. A tap cooling system ensures wine stays perfectly chilled as it flows through the tower, while a stainless steel floor plate protects the interior. The digital thermostat with an external display lets you easily manage temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and the automatic defrost minimizes maintenance.
